The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area on the roof. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and close to public transportation.

During my Christmas stay, I was kinda surprised by the excellent service and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby, serving as a cozy cocktail bar, restaurant, and hangout space, was a great spot to relax and unwind. The beautiful landscaping, with a large banyan tree, created a jungle hideaway ambiance. the staff was attentive, efficient, and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. The strong coffee at breakfast and the super-fast wifi were also standout features.

The thin walls between rooms, which occasionally allowed sound to pass through. the lack of views from the room was a bit disappointing, as it faced neighboring buildings.

I loved the hotel, it's serene, it has brilliant staff and perfect location.

The staff were attentive, warm, and professional. The Sublime room was spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor area was a pleasant surprise. The breakfasts were amazing, the best I've ever had anywhere. The central location made exploring the city easy, with the sky-train nearby. Despite a few minor issues at the pool area, the hotel made up for it with their overall excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Helpful, polite staff. Great fitness center and pool. Good 'Western' food exceeding expectations. In a quiet location with a suburban feel. Excellent for those coming from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, tucked away in a quiet alley, yet close to the main shopping road. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including a sitting area and terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering room service and laundry services. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and garden area, and the rooftop pool was a nice touch as well. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, including special diet menus.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.
